Steven Goldman is a graduate of Springfield High School Montgomery County Pa., Syracuse University and Gonzaga University School of Law. After law school Steve served as an Assistant District Attorney in Lehigh County Pennsylvania. After four years of prosecuting criminals he formed the law firm of Brown & Goldman, P.C. which specialized in corporate real estate relocation. PHH HomEquity Relocation and Mortgage companies were among the largest clients of Brown & Goldman, P.C. The law firm consummated tens of thousands of Real estate transactions. As a partner in Admiral Search & Abstract Company Steve developed an expertise in real estate conveyancing and ownership.
The practice of Real Estate law naturally led into the investment in real estate. Steve championed numerous rehabilitation projects including the conversion of 211 West Broad Street and 1018 West Broad Street in Quakertown. 1018 West Broad Street was converted from a church to an office building. Steve managed and accounted for the rehabilitation related activities and has experience in the purchase, rehabilitation and resale of real estate.
In 2012 through his holding companies Steve rehabilitated properties in West Philadelphia and in Brewerytown.
In 2016 Steve recognized investors had a need for high quality consultative services relating to their financing and started Goldman Mortgage Lending LLC d/b/a G2 Loans. G2 Loans has provided high quality consulting services to numerous investors matching them with the type and quality of financial products they need to realize their real estate goals.

Eric is a graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Business (2008-2012)
In 2016, Eric joined forces with Steven Goldman to co-found Goldman Mortgage Lending LLC, known as G2Loans. With a wealth of experience in finance, account management, and in client engagement—skills sharpened over years in sales and leadership roles—Eric offers expert consulting to new and seasoned investors seeking tailored financing solutions. He works closely with clients from the initial consultation through to closing, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Eric leads by example, flipping 1-2 properties each year alongside Steven, while also building a growing portfolio of long-term rental properties. With a background in both property management and project management, Eric helps clients gain confidence and achieve success in their real estate endeavors.
